Asked about Pardons for the Texas Border Patrol Agents setting in Federal Prison the President told Neil Cavuto to look at the court records. Mr. President, after 5 months the records are unavailable. Johnny Sutton and ICE have promised them for months. Ted Poe my Congressman would like to see them, too. The Agents need these records to file an appeal. Most people would have been able to stay out of prison until their appeal has been filed. I believe the loyalty shown to Sutton is misplaced and if the President is aware of the status of this case there will be hell to pay.
