If you think our government can work out of the economic mess, I’ve got some numbers that will make you feel uncomfortable.
The estimated face value amount of Derivatives in the economy in $50 Quadrillion or $50,000,000,000,000,000.
The estimated value of all the Gold in the world at current spot price is about $4 Trillion or $4,000,000,000,000.
If this doesn’t scare the hell out of you, I don’t know what will.
